More price cuts in the market as International Yacht Collection sends me news that Moonen’s 36.9m Victoria Del Mar has come down from $13.495 million to $12.995 million. Built in 2001 she accommodates 10 guests in a master and four doubles and is available through Jim Eden and Kevin Bonnie. Victoria Del Mar is not for sale to US residents while in US waters.
Meanwhile Mark Elliott and Jon Motta have seen the price of their joint central agency for sale, Destiny’s 31.7m Sharon Ann reduced from $7.49 million to $6.9 million. Built in 2002 and refitted in 2006, she sleeps eight guests in four cabins.
