John Todd at Burger Yacht Sales contacts me to say that he signed the central agency for sale on Burger’s 35.4m megayacht Tenacity yesterday. A proper ‘little ship’ she was built in 2005 to have total independence at sea, with systems adaptable to European as well as American standards.
Sleeping eight guests in four double cabins, her Mediterranean-styled interior features arched accents, beamed and coffered ceilings and green-toned marble and granite details. With a range of 2,500 nautical miles at 15 knots, her asking price is $12.85 million.
