Alex Clarke of Bartram & Brakenhoff contacts me to say that he’s offering a new build 32m CNP Naumachos 105 for sale. According to Alex, the current owner has decided to upgrade and build a larger yacht at the CNP yard, so the 105 is 80% complete and available for purchase.
The new owner still has the ability to customise the interior and decide on either a four or five cabin layout. Currently the yacht is planned to have two masters, one on the forward deck and the second full-beam amidships plus two furter guest cabins. However Alex notes that the second master could be divided into two full size cabins instead, giving a total of five. Although the Naumachos 105 range starts at €9.5 million, hull #1 will be listed at €10 million as she has already been fitted with options which have raised her price. With a range of 10,000 nautical miles, her delivery can be June 2010 or nine months after a client signs up.
