Dennis Frederiksen at Fraser Yachts in Monaco tells me that he completed the sale of Alloy Yachts’s 31.95m sailing superyacht Happy Four at 3pm this afternoon, with Pieter van der Weide of Hoek Brokerage acting for the vendor.

Sleeping six guests in a master and two twins, she was built in 1996 and has never been chartered. Sold by her original owner, Dennis says she was asking $4.8 million and has already been renamed Irelanda.
