A call to Frank Grzeszczak at International Yacht Collection confirms that he’s now seen price drops on a pair of his Palmer Johnson co-central listings, the 36.6m superyachts Mostro and 39m Mia Elise.
Mostro, listed with Chany Sabates, was built in 2000 and accommodates nine guests in four staterooms plus room for four crew in two cabins. With a cruising speed of 24 knots, the superyacht’s price has been cut from $4.995 million to $4.499 million.
Delivered in 2000 and refitted in 2008, Mia Elise, co-listed with David Nichols, sleeps eight guests in four staterooms plus up to six crew and her price has been reduced from $9.25 million to $8.995 million. Frank also wants me to mention that both superyachts will be available to view at The Sacks Group display at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS).
