I call Bjorn Vang-Mathisen at Ocean Independence in Geneva for more information on his new central agency for sale, with Costa Lourandakis in Athens, the 32.9m motor yacht Caramella and Bjorn says that she has a realistic owner who’s aware of current market conditions and has priced her very competitively.
Caramella was built in 2004 by Leight Notika and has a very clean and sleek exterior. This superyacht features a warm interior in bird’s eye maple root veneer wood and select textiles. Accommodation is for eight, in a spectacular split level master cabin and bath suite forward on the main deck plus a large VIP, another double and a twin cabin below. Currently lying in Athens, Caramella is asking €2.5 million.
