I call Stephen Yadvish at Northcoast Yachts to wish him well for today’s launch of his latest build, a 38.3m motoryacht and Stephen tells me that she’s for sale offering full brokerage commission.

The Northcoast 125 has an interior designed by Stephen and JoDee Yadvish and sleeps up to 11 guests in five staterooms. With a cruising speed of 22 knots and a range of approximately 2,750 nautical miles, Northcoast 125 is asking $22.22 million.
