Talking to Burgess and Moran Yacht & Ship, I’m told of a dramatic price reduction to their joint central agency for sale, the 60.97m motor yacht Phoenix.

Phoenix was built by Lürssen in 2004 and has a master suite on the main deck with a floating staircase to an upper deck study with panoramic views and a private owner’s foredeck. This superyacht also has five guest cabins: a VIP, three doubles and a twin, with their own sophisticated decorative schemes and each with marble bathrooms. Phoenix is now asking €55 million.
