I call Jonathan Barbe at Edmiston & Company in Monaco to congratulate him on the recent sale of the 58.9m motor yacht Outback and he tells me that he represented the buyer with Nathan Farrelly acting for the seller in this joint central agency with Merle Wood & Associates.
Delivered by Australia’s Austal yard in 2007, she’s Lloyds classed and MCA compliant and this superyacht’s Sam Sorgiovanni interior accommodates as many as 14 guests in a master, two VIPs, three doubles and one twin stateroom. Designed as a beach house on water, she has ample open areas, a 35m long upper deck, and floor to ceiling windows almost throughout to let the natural light and warmth flood in.
The spacious interior has an unusual layout, and Outback‘s accommodation is spread over three decks, making her incredibly versatile while also offering privacy should it be desired. Her huge array of watersport activities and other leisure equipment caters for the more active guest, and make Outback a fun yacht to be on, while still maintaining first class levels of comfort and style. The asking price was €26.8 million.
