Another superyacht under construction at Oceanco

With the official name of its latest yacht project Y707 revealed as Nirvana only days ago, Oceanco was already preparing for the imminent arrival of its next project, the hull of which was spotted near Aluship this weekend.

Designed by Azure Naval Architects and the in-house team, we estimate that this new project, the ninth yacht of the Y series, will have a length of about 90 metres. Her exterior and interior designers are unknown at the moment. Note the presence of inverted front windows for the wheelhouse and the level below.

This new superyacht, which will join our Top 100 when launched, left the sheds of Aluship last week, where its aluminum superstructure was assembled on a steel hull. Now the project is being shipped to Alblasserdam, where she will be fitted out in the shed that Nirvana has recently vacated. She is unlikely to reappear until the end of 2013 for her launch.
