Tiara - yacht for sale with Camper & Nicholsons
Another large sailing yacht comes on the market as Mark Hilpern at Camper & Nicholsons tells me he’s jointly listed the 54.3m sloop Tiara for sale with Matthew Fisher.
Tiara is a fast, powerful yacht with a formidable mast of 62.5m, the maximum height capable of passing through the Panama Canal. Commissioned in 2000 by a young energetic client, at the time of her launch in 2004 by Alloy Yachts, Tiara was the largest Dubois designed sailing yacht, and the largest yacht built in New Zealand .
She offers extensive deck and flybridge areas and internal accommodation for 10 guests in five staterooms styled by John Munford. Her pièce-dé-resistance is the unique ability to land the owner’s 8 seater executive helicopter on the aft deck.
Tiara was featured in volume 18 of The Superyachts annual.
