From the Southern Hemisphere I get wind of a AUD$500,000 price reduction on Alani II, a 35m motor yacht listed for sale by Zealandia Marine Group.

Alani II is a Benetti Classic with exterior styling by Stefano Righini and interior design by Francois Zuretti. She accommodates 12 guests in a main deck master suite and four guest cabins on the lower deck – two doubles and two twins with Pullman berths. All cabins have en suites finished with marble and silk wall panels. Audio visual equipment is fitted throughout the yacht.
