Ocean Alexander 112 tri-deck motor yacht
It has had a long gestation, but the new Ocean Alexander 112 motor yacht is ready to begin building after Alexander Marine, manufacturer of Ocean Alexander yachts, announced it had completed all the engineering and tooling for the yacht.
This composite 34.1 metre tri-deck has exterior styling and naval architecture by design duo Evan K Marshall and Gregory C Marshall. Classed by RINA for chartering and Marshall Island “Yacht Code” MI-103, the Ocean Alexander 112 motor yacht will be constructed to a high standard which will include safety measures usually found on larger vessels.

Large openings will flood all the cabins with natural light
The owner will be able to choose the style of the interior, also by Evan K Marshall, from three options: modern, contemporary or traditional. Accommodation for 10 guests is spread over five cabins, including a master suite on the main deck and four guest cabins on the lower deck – two doubles and two twins – featuring large portholes for natural light. Crew quarters will accommodate four to six crewmembers.

The master suite is forward on the main deck, enjoying a panoramic view
In standard version, the Ocean Alexander 112 motor yacht will be powered by twin 1,920hp MTU engines giving a top speed in excess of 24 knots, but there is also a more powerful option with twin 2,250hp engines.
The first Ocean Alexander 112 motor yacht is scheduled for delivery in 2014.
