25 May 2018 • Written by Malcolm MacLean

The 46.2 metre motor yacht Allegria, listed for sale by Michael Mahan at Worth Avenue Yachts, has been sold with the buyer introduced by Eastwind Yachts.

Allegria was built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Hakvoort to a design by Vripack and delivered in 2004. Lloyd's classed and MCA compliant, her Glade Johnson interior accommodates up to 11 guests in five cabins comprising a master suite, three doubles and a twin cabin with an additional Pullman berth. All cabins feature interiors in fine marble plus cherry wood joinery with maple burr accents and have state-of-the-art entertainment and music systems plus en-suite bathroom facilities.

Allegria was asking $16,950,000

Situated on the main deck, the full-beam master suite has a walk-in wardrobe and dressing room while the en-suite bathroom has a large spa pool and rain shower. On the main deck aft and bridge deck aft there are facilities for al fresco dining under the stars, while the open sundeck offers a spa pool, sun pads, grill, bar and loungers.

Upgrades include an extensive yard period, which involved replacing the generators and the completion of her 10 year Lloyd's survey, while her hull was repainted in 2016. She has a transpacific range of over 5,000 nautical miles at 10 knots courtesy of twin 1,065hp Caterpillar diesel engines.

Allegria was asking $16,950,000.
