On December 16th 2008 I noted in this column that Codecasa’s 49.9m Lady Ann Magee was for sale in a tripartite central agency between Edmiston, Camper & Nicholsons and Yachting Partners International. Now comes news that the owner’s latest boat, currently in build at Codecasa, the 65m Lady Ann Magee II is also for sale by the same three brokerage houses asking €47 million. Due for launch in August 2010, she sleeps 18 guests in nine cabins.
