Transatlantic race for Boat International Media’s CEO Tony Harris

20-Nov-09

This weekend, Tony Harris, our CEO of Boat International Media, will be included in one of the crews taking part in the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers, ARC, on the Swan 70 superyacht Stay Calm. His crew will be crossing the starting line in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, in the Canary Islands on Sunday 22nd November.

Stay Calm is one of 216 yachts entered in this annual, 2,700 miles transatlantic race which should take between 14-21 days to reach the finish line in Rodney Bay, St. Lucia, depending on the strength of the North-East Trade Winds.

You can follow the Atlantic Rally for Cruisers race online at www.worldcruising.com/arc and the fleet’s positions are automatically updated to the event’s Fleet Tracker at www.worldcruising.com/arc/viewer.aspx.

On behalf of all at Boat International, we wish him the very best on his voyage.
