John Todd at Burger Yacht Sales drops me a line to say that the price of his central listing, the 35.39m motor yacht Tenacity has been cut by $500,000.

Tenacity, built by Burger in 2005, is a traditionally styled, four stateroom, raised pilothouse megayacht with raised-panel Makore (African Cherry) throughout and Madrone burl wood accent panels.  The interior decor has an “arched” design element that flows tastefully in the galley, master and dining area along with complementary green marbles and granites.  The galley allows ample space to provide a center island bar, dinette forward with a split table and plenty of luxury appliances. Previously marketed at $12.85 million, this megayacht is now asking $12.35 million and will be available to view at next month’s Miami Show.
