Eros

Eros is a stunning 35.1 metre classic sailing yacht perfect for whisking the family away for a regatta vacation. Delivered by Brooke Marine in 1939, she can sleep up to eight guests in four cabins. She is filled with quirky classic features including a cosy saloon complete with a piano.

She's available to charter for a huge range of New England races and regattas, including the Vineyard Cup (July 7-9), the Camden Classic Cup (July 27-29), the Eggemoggin Reach Regatta (August 5), the Corinthian Classic Yacht Regatta (August 12-13), Nantucket Race Week (August 18-19), the Opera House Cup (August 20), the Newport Classic Yacht Regatta (August 26-27), the Heritage Cup Regatta & Rendezvous (September 23), New York Classic Week (October, TBC) and a number of others.

Managed for charter by Nicholson Yachts, Eros has a weekly charter rate starting from $39,500.

Tree of Life (28.35m)

This classically styled 28.35 metre sailing yacht is ideal for a small group to enjoy a regatta. Based in Rhode Island, Tree of Life can sleep up to six guests in three traditional cabins.

Delivered in 1991 by Covey Island Boat Works, she's available for a number of tall ships festivals and classic yacht regattas, including FIGAWI Cape Cod to Nantucket, Opera House Cup & Nantucket Race Week, Block Island Schooner Festival, Newport Classic Yacht Regatta and the Great Chesapeake Bay Schooner Race.

Tree of Life is managed for charter by Nicholson Yachts and has a weekly charter rate starting from $15,000.

Meteor (51.5m)

Combining the classic look of a gaff-rigged schooner with every modern amenity, Meteor was built in 2007 by the legendary Royal Huisman yard. Her dark blue hull sets off acres of varnished mahogany and she is a proven winner, taking the overall trophy for the 2009 St. Barths Bucket. The gorgeous interior has staterooms for six guests and her deck is perfect for après-race parties.

Leopard 3 (30m)

Capable of speeds up to 40 knots Leopard 3is one of the world’s fastest superyachts and is one of the best luxury yachts for charter in the Caribbean. During races, she carries a crew of 25 to handle sails on the 47 metre mast. Race charterers are provided with a full crew kit of clothing and gear. Designed by Farr Yacht Design and built by McConaghy Boats, the yacht has a Ken Freivokh interior with four cabins.

State of Grace (40m)

One of the newest Perini Navis, State of Grace is sloop rigged and can accommodate nine guests in four cabins. The sumptuous interior is ready for dinner and cocktail parties, and the yacht has a dedicated gym to work off the calories from the gourmet chef’s cuisine. After the regatta, the yacht features a teak “beach” extending from the stern for watersports.

Andromeda La Dea (47m)

Legendary yacht Andromeda La Dea was the first Perini to circumnavigate the world and visit both the Arctic and Antarctic. Ketch-rigged, she was completely refit in 2011 and her interior features four staterooms as well as a fireplace. The flybridge is perfect for enjoying the racing, while her stunning underwater lights make her stand out dockside.

Kawil (34m)

A modern and stylish yacht designed by Sparkman & Stephens, Kawil was built in America by Derecktor Shipyard. Carrying six guests in three cabins, the yacht has a spacious pilothouse that provides wind and sun protection. Placing third in the 2014 Newport Bucket, Kawil is a proven competitor.

Endeavour (39m)

If you want to stop traffic, then legendary J-Class yacht Endeavour, delivered in 1934 and built by Camper & Nicholsons, is sure to do it. Sleeping up to eight guests in four cabins, this yacht was refit in 2012 and carries a massive spread of sail.

Parsifal III (54m)

Built by Perini Navi and refitted in 2012, Parsifal III sleeps up to 12 guests in five cabins. Ketch-rigged, she has a flying bridge to enjoy the racing action, and she includes a plunge pool on the upper deck. She claimed first place finishes in the 2013 Lora Piana Caribbean Regatta.

2010 Vitters ketch Marie is spectacular in many ways, from her sleek black hull to the spacious teak and mahogany deck to the luxurious interior that includes a mini-grand piano. Four cabins accommodate up to eight guests, and she took third place in the 2014 Lora Piana Caribbean Regatta.
