The owner of the 34 metre motor yacht Antares of Britain is keen to promote event charters aboard her until the end of the Mediterranean season. She is being made available for such charters at a special rate of €6,200 per day for a minimum of three days at a time. She is being offered tax free from October 19-23 and is available for the international property conference Mapic in Cannes on November 18-20.
Based in Cannes, the yacht is ideal for static or party yacht charters with large deck spaces and the ability to entertain up to 100 guests when at the quay.
She has a spacious “welcome bar” area and extensive outside dining spaces and has a traditionally styled interior with a large comfortable saloon and is decorated in exquisite mahogany raised panelling throughout. The saloon offers a full entertainment system including satellite television, a VCR and DVD player, all in a soothing, elegant ambience.
Antares of Britain can accommodate 14 guests in seven cabins. There are two VIP cabins with King beds and en suite bathrooms, two en suite cabins with Queen beds, two cabins with Queen beds and a shared bathroom and one Pullman cabin.
Extensive al fresco entertainment is available on the main aft deck with seating for six guests on upholstered teak chairs, while the upper aft deck has a vast oval table surrounded by rattan chairs. The sun deck is almost completely covered in sun pads and has ample seating on upholstered built in bench seating.
She also has accommodation for the captain and five crew members.
Originally built by Bolson & Sons in wood she was refitted in 2013 and has a comfortable cruising speed of 12 knots courtesy of two 1000hp MAN engines. Her toy box includes water skiing equipment, fishing gear and a wave runner.
Weekly charter rates for Antares of Britain are normally €32,000 per week during low season through Charter & Charter.
