Brian Coleman at Huish Marine Group will be your host at an Open House on the recently refitted 30.5m motor yacht Quiet Place behind the company's new offices at 802 NE 20th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale between 4:30pm and 7pm on Thursday, March 8th.
The six month refit included a new SiMon system, mechanical upgrades, air conditioning upgrade, a new interior and much more. Designed and built by Broward Marine in 1997, her original interior was designed by Robin Rose and upgraded later by Marc Michaels. She features a full-width saloon with a dining area and she accommodates 8 guests in 4 staterooms.
Quiet Place is equipped with twin Caterpillar 3412 engines, allowing a top speed of 20+ knots and is asking $2.5 million.
