It's often hard to pull yourself away from the sun-soaked deck of your luxury super yacht as you charter around the Caribbean or cruise the coast of the French Riviera but should you feel the urge for some onshore exploring there is so better mode of transport than a bicycle. So if you are up for some challenging rides or just want to gently meander through city streets, here is our pick of bicycles that are as luxurious as your superyacht.

Miansai x tokyobike Classic Sport

Miami-based lifestyle brand Miansai, best known for its popular nautical accessories, has teamed up with tokyobike on a custom-made bicycle collaboration. Based on the London bike maker's Classic Sport range, the elegant design features eight speeds, a light-weight frame and can be fitted with mudguards, racks or baskets making it ideal for discovering new neighbourhoods and exploring urban superyacht destinations. Styled by Miansai's creative director Michael Saiger, the bike features a deep blue frame, tan leather handlebars and seat and copper accents in a nod to some of Miansai's most instantly recognisable pieces.

Ralph Lauren Limited Edition Ascari King

Ascari prides itself on classic designs and using the best quality materials. Each bike is handcrafted in the USA and the attention to detail in each model is exquisite. This special edition of the King series was made in collaboration with Ralph Lauren and it’s easy to see how well these how these designers compliment each other. The bike features Ascari’s signature leather string wrapping and both logos have been inlaid in copper and brass.

Its traditional design may be a nod to the past but the frame itself is made of high quality chromoly, making it modern and durable and the perfect balance between function and form.

Moynat Malle Bicyclette

Designed by one of the oldest Parisian trunk makers, Moynat, this beautiful bicycle is the embodiment of sophistication and elegance.

The classic trunk that sits neatly between the handle bars is crafted from monogrammed leather lined with suede and comes complete with all the essentials for a decadent picnic a deux including ceramic plates, silverware and napkins. There are also two small drawers, perfect for storing caviar or macarons.

The vintage style steel frame was made in Italy by Abici Italia and comes with a hand stitched Brooks saddle. But really it’s what sits in front of the handlebars that makes this bike so special.

The SK Pininfarina Luxury was created using ‘zero friction technology’, features triple layer paint and a complete carbon frame. The paring of these two iconic Italian brands was a match made in heaven resulting in two limited edition bicycles. The black carbon-fibre off road model is perfect for exploring rugged landscapes but if meandering through city streets sounds more you, the white, single speed option is ideal.
