More news of a price reduction at Merle Wood & Associates as Dirk Johnson sees a $1 million cut to his central listing, the 37.19m motor yacht Lady Eva.

Lady Eva was built by Italy's CRN yard in 1978 and, Lloyds classed and MCA compliant, she sleeps up to 12 guests in a master, VIP, double and two twin cabins and cruises at 12 knots, with a range of 3,000 nautical miles. Lady Eva's well conceived layout and high quality craftsmanship have enabled her to be an extremely successful charter superyacht over the years. She recently completed a major refit where her steel hull plating was renewed and replaced wherever necessary and her engine room was completely refurbished. Her new asking price is $4.995 million.
