Delta motor yacht Loose Ends sold

The 37.8 metre motor yacht Loose Ends, listed for sale by Louis Dvorak at HMY Yacht Sales, has been sold with Neal Esterly at Fraser Yachts introducing the buyer.

Built in GRP by US yard Delta Marine with delivery in 1998, she was previously known as Scott Free and Mimi. In 2011 an interior refit saw her receive new carpets, flat screen televisions, DVD players and iPod docking stations.

With seven foot headroom throughout, she features an interior by the Pavlik Design Team in honey coloured steamed beech woodwork with maple wood burl inlays. She accommodates eight guests in a master suite, VIP suite and two identical double cabins. All cabins have entertainment systems and full en suite bathroom facilities.

Entering the main saloon from the aft deck, there are panoramic windows, an L-shaped bar with six chairs to starboard and an L-shaped seating area just forward and opposite. The bar has an ice maker, wine cooler and refrigerator. The dining area is next forward and provides ample seating for eight. Further forward again is a fully equipped galley with a dinette for casual breakfasts and snacks.

Guests will also welcome the opportunity to dine al fresco on the aft deck or enjoy a casual barbecue on the sundeck after a relaxing soak in the spa pool. In addition, the foredeck area has a seating spot with sun pads.

Twin 1450hp Detroit Diesel engines give her a cruising speed of 15 knots and have served her through six transatlantic crossings to date.

Loose Ends was asking $4,900,000.
