News just in from Ron Rickard at Ardell of a $3 million price drop on his central listing for sale, the 50m sailing yacht Blue Gold.
Built in 1982 this three-deck superyacht ketch was rebuilt in Holland by RDM in 1999 and further refitted in 2006, offering accommodation for up to 12 guests in five staterooms. The largest sailing yacht built by Benetti, Blue Gold has a master suite on the main deck with a king size bed, walk in closets and an office with video conferencing and internet facilities. Ron says she’s priced to reflect the fact that she’s in immediate need of a refit, now asking $3.95 million.
