An email from Thom Conboy at Merle Wood & Associates confirms that he has signed a 37m Heesen motor yacht for sale.
Built in 2005, she is the fourth hull from the Dutch yard's 3700 semi-displacement range and can reach a top speed of 30 knots.
Maintained to a very high standard, her interior was completely refurbished in 2007 and she has just had a new paint job.
Currently lying in the Bahamas, this Heesen 3700 is asking €13 million.
