The 25.9 metre motor yacht Amazing Grace, listed for sale by Princess Brokerage, has just had a £500,000 price reduction.

Built in GRP by British yard Princess Yachts and MCA coded for charter, Amazing Grace was delivered in 2012 as a Princess 85 model. A soothing interior in satin finished walnut accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of a master suite, VIP suite, a double and a twin cabin, all with entertainment centres, LCD television screens and underfloor heating in the en suite bathrooms.

The saloon is open plan and has two very comfortable settees and two armchairs facing an entertainment centre with a large LCD television screen and stereo surround sound. Forward is a formal dining area with a table and seating for eight guests.

The aft deck of this yacht for sale has built in bench seating upholstered in leather, a table and occasional chairs, making it ideal for al fresco entertaining and dining behind a privacy screen when in harbour. There are steps down to the electro-hydraulic transom platform. Up on the flybridge outdoor living takes on a new, luxurious dimension as guests are offered a wet bar with sink and a barbecue, a rectangular spa pool, a dinette, sun pads and a custom hard top with an electric opening centre in a soft fabric. Twin 1,925hp Caterpillar engines have logged only 967 hours.

Lying in Barbados, Amazing Grace is now down to £2,390,000.
