The 65.7-metre Amels motor yacht Ventum Maris has been newly listed for sale with Tomaso Polli of Edmiston.
Built of steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Amels to a design by Tim Heywood, she is Lloyd's classed and MCA compliant and was delivered in 2011 as one of the yard's Amels 212 series. She underwent €10,000,000 in refits from 2019 to 2021.
A high volume interior designed by Winch Design, since updated by Maria Luisa Poggi, pampers 14 guests in seven cabins consisting of a full-beam, main deck master suite, two VIP suites on the upper deck and four guest cabins on the lower deck. There is accommodation for a crew of 18.
The massive saloon has generous windows allowing for plenty of natural light, as well as comfortable seating. Large, uncluttered deck spaces offer a multitude of options for al fresco entertainment and dining, while the upper deck aft offers an additional attraction in the form of a film projector and a drop-down outdoor screen. The upper deck itself includes sun pads, a Jacuzzi and a wet bar.
Further features include a gym, spa facilities, a contra-flow swimming pool, touch-and-go helipad and a glass elevator serving four of the five decks.
Twin 2,680hp Caterpillar diesel engines give the 1503GT yacht for sale a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 13 knots. She carries two Yachtwerft Meyer tenders. The broker pointed out that she has proved to be a popular charter yacht.
Ventum Maris is asking €65,000,000 and is available to view during the Monaco Yacht Show.
