It's another CA change now as I learn that Cromwell Littlejohn and John Cohen at Merle Wood & Associates have taken over the listing for sale of the 40.23 motor yacht Monte Carlo.

Delivered by Netherlands-based Amels in 1988, she was built to a design by Diana Yacht Design, giving her an impeccable Dutch pedigree. Monte Carlo accommodates up to 10 guests in a master, VIP, double and twin and also has a sofa bed in the large skylounge. The master suite is full beam and the VIP stateroom on the main deck can serve as a second master. All staterooms have en suite bathrooms. She had a complete interior refit by Claudette Bonville in 2006 with updated mechanical systems. Twin 1,550hp MTU engines give her a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 10.8 knots.

On display at the Miami Yacht & Brokerage Show, Monte Carlo is asking $3,495,000.
