Another open house on IYC’s One More Toy in Monaco this week

Talking to Mark Elliott at International Yacht Collection, he announces yet another opportunity to view Christensen’s 47.2m One More Toy between 4.30 and 6.30pm on Wednesday June 3rd. Mark says that the open house, to be held at Monaco’s Port Hercule, North Pier, Slip HW03, will include cocktails, live entertainment and heavy hors d’ouevres. When I query the word ‘heavy’ on the invitation, Mark states that it’s there to attract hungry brokers. Built in 2001 to ABS class, One More Toy has six staterooms accommodating 12 guests and is also available for charter, while her asking price for sale is $22.8 million.
