Now here's an unusual deal from Jim Elliott at Ardell's Newport Beach office, as the owner of Paragon's 28m Endless Summer is looking for a partner to take over a half share of the yacht. Built in 2006 for a very knowledgeable yachtsman, she's been maintained in tip-top condition by a professional crew of four and sleeps six guests in a master and two VIP suites.
The hard-cover flybridge with helm controls has a barbecue, Jacuzzi and ample seating for dining and of special note is the fact that she was judged 'Best in Show' at the San Diego Yachtfest in 2007. Located at Newport Beach, the owner plans to cruise local and Mexican waters, but is open to suggestions. Jim has listed her at an asking price of $2.4 million for a half-share.
