Michael White at Worth Avenue Yachts sends word that his joint listing for sale with Ocean Independence, the 42.9m motor yacht Robusto, is sold with bluewater representing the buyer.

Built in aluminium by Lloyd’s Ships to a design by Bernie Cohen, Robusto was delivered in 1992. An extensive three year refit/rebuild in from 2006 to 2009 saw her stripped back to bare metal. The rebuild included a contemporary interior, new exterior livery, full repaint, new teak decks, new glazing, interior redesign, new navigation equipment and a full hull paint job.

DNV classed and MCA compliant, she accommodates up to 10 guests in five staterooms. The master suite has an oversized bed and a separate office while the VIP stateroom has a queen size bed. There are two further doubles and a supernumerary cabin for a nanny with a single and Pullman berth. All guest staterooms, apart from the nanny cabin, have televisions, iPod docking stations and full en suite bathroom facilities.

Twin 2,735hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 2,250 nautical miles.

Robusto was asking €5,000,000.
