Steen Christensen at Camper & Nicholsons tells me he's closed on his listing for sale, the 34.1 metre motor yacht Spike I, with Boat Business in Spain representing the buyer.

Spike I was built in GRP by Italian yard Arno to a design by Andrea Bacigalupo and was delivered in 2009 as one of the yard's Leopard 34 series with a refit in 2011. She is an impressive Leopard 34 with a large opening sunroof, quality furnishings and an impressive entertainment system.

Spike I has a light and modern interior design plus plenty of seating and sunning areas up forward on the bow or back on the aft deck making her a stylish and comfortable open style yacht that might have been designed for the life outdoors.

Accommodation is for up to seven guests in three staterooms including an impressive full beam master suite, and triple 2400hp MTU engines give her a cruising speed of 36 knots.

Spike I was asking €4.25 million.
