There's more good news from Burgess today as they tell me that they sold Alloy's 36.9m sailing yacht Atlanta earlier this month. The sale was to a direct client in collaboration with KKMI in San Francisco.
Built in 1996 to an Ed Dubois design, she had a complete engine room and interior refit in 2005 and sleeps up to nine guests, with a crew of six. Typically discreet, Burgess withholds the asking price.
