Built by Palmer Johnson in 2004, Incentive is a spacious tri-deck accommodating ten guests in five sophisticated cabins. The master suite is located on the main deck and is equipped with a study and his and hers bathrooms, as well as the latest technologies. Each of her additional guest cabins also boasts luxurious en suite facilities. Incentive's interior has been designed to the highest standards using the finest furnishings, which include exquisite marble and wenge inlays throughout. Her asking price is $25 million.
