Celine Ashley sold by Ocean Independence

I’ve just been talking to Peter Thompson in the UK office of Ocean Independence who tells me that he represented both buyer and seller in the sale of Feadship’s 34.5m Celine Ashley. Built by the de Vries yard in 1979, she sleeps eight guests. Peter went on to say: “Sold to an American buyer, the vessel will undergo an extensive refit to restore her to her former glory. There is even talk of restoring her garage to house a restored Mini Moke.” Intriguingly, Peter tells me to expect the sale of another large yacht by OCI in the next two weeks.
