News just in from Kent Chamberlain at Chamberlain Yachts that he’s signed the 39.6m motor yacht Libertas for sale.
Built by Italy's CRN yard in 2009 to a design by Zuccon International and MCA compliant, she is the fifth hull in the yard's Custom Line series. Accommodation is for 10 guests in five staterooms including a main deck master suite. Two VIP staterooms have en suite facilities with double sinks, bath tubs, marble counter tops and have complete entertainment systems. The two twin cabins are also en suite and all bathrooms have marble flooring. Wooden panelling throughout Libertas is in satin-finished Canaletto walnut offsetting white fabrics and stainless steel detailing.
Power comes from twin 2,735hp MTU engines and her fast planing hull gives a cruising speed of 19 knots and maximum speed of 24 knots. There are five Mitsubishi anti roll stabilisers to provide maximum comfort at sea and in port; each of the two 80kW Kohler generators provides sufficient power to run the entire yacht.
On display at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Libertas is asking €8,950,000.
