Christensen motor yacht Lady Joy now for sale with Burgess and Northrop & Johnson

The 47.9 metre motor yacht Lady Joy has had a central agency change and is now jointly listed for sale by Burgess and Northrop & Johnson.

Built in GRP by US yard Christensen to ABS class and MCA coded, she was delivered in 2007 as one of the yard’s 157’ models and refitted in 2011. A welcoming interior by Carol Williamson accommodates 14 guests in six cabins consisting of a master suite forward on the main deck with a steam shower room, three doubles with queen sized beds and two twins, both with Pullman berths. All cabins have flat screen television screens, access to the central Kaleidescape server offering on demand video and audio, and en suite shower facilities.

Following her 2011 refit, this yacht for sale now boasts state of the art audio/visual systems throughout and is a proven charter yacht. The main saloon has a comfortable lounge area featuring an entertainment centre including a wide screen television, a piano with recording equipment and a Karaoke machine. Forward is a formal dining area seating 12 guests.

The sky lounge is the place to be for more entertainment, with comfortable seating, a home theatre and a bar while the aft bridge deck has a brand new sun shade and al fresco dining for 12 guests. Up on the sun deck is a six-person Jacuzzi, a bar, an electric outdoor barbecue grill and ample seating. Twin 1,800hp MTU engines give her a range of 1,800 nautical miles at 12 knots and she is fitted with Quantum zero speed stabilizers.

Lady Joy is asking $22,000,000.
