Commercial Break's owner highly motivated says Vripack

Maarten Ten Holter of Vripack sends in word that the owner of  Moonen's 27.43m Commercial Break is highly motivated and is open to considering offers. Maarten also points out that, for Euro buyers, this represents an interesting opportunity, as she's priced in US dollars and current exchange rates make her a good buy.

Built in 2003, Commercial Break is Lloyds classed and MCA compliant and sleeps up to seven guests in a master, double and twin plus a Pullman berth. She's currently priced at $5.9 million, but Maarten says that the owner will now sell for any offer north of $5 million.
