The 23.2 metre motor yacht Montana de Piedra, jointly listed for sale by dahm international and Bart de Ven International Yacht Brokerage, has been sold with no other brokers involved.

Built in aluminium by Dutch yard Van der Valk to an in-house design, Montana De Piedra was delivered in 2012 as one of the yard’s Continental II models. An interior in light-coloured wood panelling and maple flooring accommodates eight guests in four cabins consisting of a full-beam master suite, VIP suite and two double cabins, all with entertainment centres, Samsung flatscreen LED televisions and en-suite shower facilities. In addition, there are quarters for two crew.

Montana De Piedra was asking €2,150,000

The saloon has L-shaped seating to port, coffee tables, a fridge and an entertainment centre including a large Samsung flatscreen television and a Bose surround sound stereo system. Forward is the dining area and a well equipped galley.

The aft deck comes with built-in upholstered bench seating, a table and chairs and is the ideal spot for al fresco entertaining and dining. Up on the flybridge, more outdoor space is offered, complete with a table and ample chairs, and a drinks fridge, all sheltered from the heat of the sun by a fixed top. The foredeck has more seating available on built-in teak benches.

The propulsion system comprises three 800hp Volvo diesel IPS engines driving counter-rotating propellers facing forward. The engines have logged only 300 hours and give her a range of 1,000 nautical miles. She is also fitted with Naiad zero speed stabilisers.

Montana De Piedra was asking €2,150,000 with VAT paid.
