Built by Italian yard FIPA Italiana to RINA class as one of the yard's Maiora 27 range, she was launched in 2004. Inclination 1 was completely refitted in 2007 when the current owner purchased her and she has been looked after by permanent professional crew ever since. Accommodation is for eight guests in a master suite, double, twin and a single cabin with a Pullman berth and all staterooms have en suite bathroom facilities.
The yacht is powered by reliable Caterpillar engines, and she is MCA compliant. A feature is an optional second crew cabin, which makes her ideal for charter. Her interior in mahogany joinery is warm and contemporary.
Ivan Adzic says, 'She is in good condition although would require a bit of TLC to make her perfect again. However, everything on board works perfectly and engines and generators have just been serviced.'
Lying in Porto Montenegro, Inclination 1 is down from €1,195,000 to €750,000.
