A call to Peter Insull’s Yacht Marketing brings news of a €2.75 million price cut on the 48.35m motor yacht Grace, jointly listed for sale with Craig Cadwallader at Ardell.

Built by Holland's Syperda yard in 2004 to a design by Ginton Naval Architects, Grace was designed for comfortable living. Features such as the large windows in the saloon which allow a clear view from within, the real fire place in the library, the elegant dining room and the huge aft deck are testament to this. Accommodation is generous for 10 guests in five staterooms including a main deck master suite, two double and two twin cabins, all with en suite facilities. Her solid, practical construction allowed her certification as a Commercial Vessel and Deep Sea Ice Class III. Twin 600hp Cummins engines give her a range of 5,300 nautical miles at 10.5 knots.

Grace is now down from €12.5 million to €9.75 million.
