Edmiston & Company sells Benetti superyacht QM of London

News from Edmiston & Company that Cornelius Gerling has sold his central listing for sale, the 50m superyacht QM of London, in an in-house deal.

Designed by Stefano Natucci, QM of London was built by Italian superyacht yard Benetti and delivered in 1998, an example of the yard’s Golden Bay series. ABS classed and MCA compliant, she sleeps 14 guests in a master, two VIPs, one double and three twin cabins. The vast owner’s suite runs the entire width of the top deck, while on the main deck are two VIP staterooms with queen size beds. Her success on the charter market is a testament to the popularity of her unique Terence Disdale designed layout.

QM of London had a €4.5 million refit in 2013, leaving her in excellent shape. The refit included a full repaint of her hull and superstructure, ABS 15 year survey, W5 service on her engines, generators rebuilt, installation of a new bridge, interior refit, installation of a spa area and a beach club featuring a steam bath and gym.

QM of London was asking €9.95 million.
