More Edmiston news now as I learn that Tomaso Polli in London has signed a joint listing for sale with Filippo Rossi at Floating Life on the 41m motor yacht Ocean Emerald.
Designed by Foster & Partners and built to RINA class by Rodriquez in 2009, Ocean Emerald has been designed with a strong emphasis on space and light and has five suites for up 12 guests.
Throughout the yacht’s interior, the architects maximised the amount of natural light by incorporating extensive floor- to-ceiling windows and walls of light-coloured hardwoods with high-gloss finishes.
The design is most successful in the airy master suite, a full-beam area with two private terraces. Further accommodation is provided in two double VIP staterooms and two twin cabins, each with a Pullman berth.
Available for inspection in Marmaris Marina, Turkey, Ocean Emerald is asking €9 million.
