Antonio Yturbe Redo at Edmiston in Mexico sends word that he's listed the 49.7m motor yacht Azteca II for sale with Robert Shepherd in the New York office.

Built in 2005 by Nereids Yachts in steel and aluminium to a design by Michael Leach, she is Bureau Veritas classed and MCA coded. The upper deck has a television saloon and a vast alfreso area for 12 guests around a mahogany table while an equally impressive sun deck is divided into sunbathing and shaded areas with a new six person Jacuzzi.

Accommodation is for 12 guests in six staterooms. The master suite is full beam on the main deck while the VIP stateroom and two doubles plus two twins are below. All have entertainment systems and full en suite facilities.

A pair of powerful 3,250hp Caterpillar engines give her a cruising speed of 14 knots, maximum speed of 17 knots and a range of 5,400 nautical miles at 12 knots. Azteca II was refitted in 2013 and now has Quantum zero speed stabilisers.

Lying in Cabo, Mexico, Azteca II is asking $20 million.
