The 36.45 metre motor yacht Our Toy, listed for sale by Merle Wood & Associates, is sold with Dirk Johnson at Perini Navi USA introducing the buyer.
Our Toy was built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Feadship to a design by Frits de Voogt and delivered in 1991. She has been maintained to an impeccable standard since new with a full refit in 2009. Our Toy features accommodation for eight guests in four cabins including a full beam master suite, VIP suite and two twin cabins, all with en suite bathrooms.
The main saloon is accessed through French patio doors aft and has a very elegant, traditional décor with comfortable seating, a bar and entertainment centre. There is a semi-private dining area forward of the saloon which seats eight. The galley separates the dining/saloon area from the library forward. This space is full width with an en suite facility and has panoramic views forward. The library could easily be transformed for entertainment use, a gym or an extra double cabin.
The aft deck al fresco entertaining and dining area has built in upholstered seating, occasional chairs and a table.
The sundeck has a large spa pool and ample space to store two tenders. On the main deck forward of the bridge are further sun pads and al fresco dining options with tables and seating for eight guests. Our Toy has never been chartered and was for sale by her original owner.
Our Toy was asking $8.9 million with US Duty paid.
