Now here's news of someone I've known ever since I entered the superyacht world all those years ago, as Fiona Maureso joins Yachting Partners International to become the group's new Head of Charter.
A veteran of 25 years experience in the super yacht industry, Fiona has worked in all areas of superyachting from her time as deckhand aboard a 40-metre motor yacht back in 1983, to her years as a sales broker’s assistant which eventually led her to the world of charter and a career that now spans no less than 17 years.
“After almost 40 years, YPI’s Charter Division is very well respected,” she says. “I am looking forward to working with the great skill set and talent we have today and to shaping YPI Charter for even more success over the next 40 years.”
