Benjamin Bensahel at Aquamarine France has tells me he's closed on his listing for sale, the 35 metre motor yacht Happy Hour, with Patrick Dines at Florida Yachts Charter representing the buyer.

Built in GRP by Italian yard ISA to a design by Andrea Valicelli, Happy Hour is RINA classed and was delivered in 2005 as the first in the yard's custom 120' series. A classically styled interior by designer Christiano Gatto features a contemporary and light decor in white oak and wenge woods offering generous accommodation in four staterooms consisting of three doubles and one twin, all with en suite bathroom facilities.

She has outstanding deck areas with multiple spaces for relaxing and entertaining including an expansive aft deck offering al fresco dining or cocktails for eight guests. Happy Hour also boasts the largest flybridge in her size range, with a Jacuzzi tub, sun beds and large areas for outdoor entertaining and dining, while triple 2,000hp MTU engines driving KaMeWa water jets give her a maximum speed of 29 knots.

Superyacht Happy Hour was asking €2.5 million.
