Dennis Frederiksen at Fraser Yachts in Monaco tells me that he completed the sale of Alloy Yachts's 31.95m sailing superyacht Happy Four at 3pm this afternoon, with Pieter van der Weide of Hoek Brokerage acting for the vendor.
