The 24 metre explorer motor yacht Maria Teresa has changed central agencies and is now listed for sale by Sebastiano Pitasi at Engel & Volkers.
Maria Teresa was built in steel and aluminium by Italian yard Solimano and delivered in 1962 as a sturdy oceangoing tug called Capo Caccia. Her refit and reconstruction as a luxury yacht began in 2007 and the work was completed in 2014.
An open plan main saloon on this yacht for sale has a bar area and an L-shaped sofa with a dining table for 10 guests. The saloon has an entertainment centre which boasts a 55 inch flat screen LED television with a Bose surround sound stereo system. The entire area is illuminated by recessed LED lighting.
The large sun deck is the place for guests to head to in order to relax in elegant and comfortable surroundings. It features luxurious sofas, a mahogany bar, fridge, freezer and an ice maker along with a Bimini top.
Twin 900hp MAN engines give her a range of 2,800 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 10 knots.
On display at this week’s Cannes yacht show, Maria Teresa is asking €2,750,000 with VAT included.
