And now for some news that I’ve been sitting on for some time, while the lawyers studied the fine print of the deal. Patrick Coote, Marketing Manager of Fraser Yachts, called today to confirm that last night the company sealed the deal to open a new office in Palma, making it the sixth new site opened in the last 12 months and bringing the total to 11 locations worldwide. The new office will be run by the team of experienced professionals who previously ran Merrill-Stevens in Palma and before that, Koch, Newton & Partners. Heading the team of 10 people, and also looking after the sales side, is Juergen Koch while Marta Iglesias is in charge of the charter division. Juergen says, “We are very pleased. Fraser Yachts is a strong and solid company well positioned and known in the market. And the former Koch, Newton team is united again under one umbrella.” He goes on to say, “The Fraser Yachts pool of knowledge and support is unique in the industry and gives us a selling point that no other company can match.”
